Lani Wai Hale is a luxurious large private gated house located off the main road in Volcano Village. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath bedroom large home is perfect for large families, friends traveling together, a special anniversary, or as a writer or artist's retreat. Enjoy it’s private hot tub on the patio along with an extra treat, a six person steamed sauna!
Enjoy natural beauty and incredible privacy. Step out your door and into a quiet time and place. Stroll down the canopied lanes located less than a half-mile from the heart of the village or take in some of the many sights of the island easily accessible from here.General Information
Cost: $225.00/Night double occupancy; $20 for each additional person. One night deposit required to hold reservation.
30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment.
There's a $60 cleaning fee.Occupancy: 6 people Rooms: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Complimentary: Complimentary Continental Breakfast for your first morning (for two nights or more reservations only) Amenities: Theres a heated floor in master bedroom. Two fireplaces, one in living room one in master bedroom suite. Hot tub, steamed sauna, full kitchen, all amenities except washer & dryer. Laundry: No laundry facilities Parking: Covered parking - Miscellaneous
For 6 guests $225/night (weeknights). $20 per person per day over 2 people, maximum 6 guests total. 1 night minimum, $45 fee for one-night stay.
