Hidden away on a quiet and serene street in the heart of Volcano Village, Mountain Cottage is a cozy and beautifully decorated bungalow just minutes from the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The perfect place for a romantic getaway or an adventuresome duo seeking a quiet retreat after a day of exploring, Mountain Cottage offers the perfect mix of privacy, comfort and ambience. The great location, en suite bathroom, kitchenette and gas fireplace provide the house with all the necessary elements for that home away from home feeling, and the surrounding ohia trees and lush rainforest will enchant you and delight your senses.

Come and experience the beauty and charm of the Volcano area. Spend an afternoon exploring the village and all it's hidden gems by foot, discovering the many wonders of the national park, photographing the indigenous green sea turtles nesting on the picturesque black sand beach at Punalu'u (just a 30 minute drive from the house) or simply curl up next to the fire and spend a few hours getting lost in a book. A stay at the Mountain Cottage will relax, recharge and inspire you.

General Information

$100/Night double occupancy + $20 per additional person; one night deposit required to hold reservation. There's a $15 booking fee. 30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

There is a $25 cleaning fee or $30 cleaning fee for one night stay
